At Evolution Tans, your satisfaction means everything. While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Below is our official Refund & Returns Policy — written clearly so there’s no confusion, and no fine print to stress over.
📦 RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
To qualify for a return:
Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it
It must be returned in its original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer — all returns must be processed through our team directly.
🚫 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Opened or used skincare/tanning products
Digital/downloadable products
Gift cards
Health, hygiene, or personal care items
Any item marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase
💳 REFUNDS (IF APPROVED)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
A refund will be issued to your original method of payment
Please allow a few business days for processing — bank times may vary
⏳ MISSING OR DELAYED REFUNDS

🔁 EXCHANGES
We only offer exchanges on items that arrive damaged or defective.
To request an exchange for the same item, email us at [insert email address] and send the item to:

🎁 GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue a gift credit for the return value. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll email you a digital gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at checkout, or was shipped to the original purchaser, the refund will go back to the original payment method.
🚚 RETURN SHIPPING
You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your total refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item without it.
